Mena a calm, private period diary

Your cycle, understood - and kept to yourself.

Log your period days, flow and symptoms. Mena shows how regular your cycles are, predicts your next period from your own history, and marks your likely fertile and PMS windows. No account, no app - just a private link.

1

Get a private link

One click gives you a random link. Bookmark it or send it to yourself - it's the only key to your diary.

2

Log your days

Tap a day, set the flow, add any symptoms. A day takes seconds and the calendar fills in as you go.

3

See your patterns

Average cycle length, how regular you are, your predicted next period and estimated fertile window - all from your own data.

Private by design. No accounts, no names required. Links are unguessable random codes.

Yours as long as you use it. A diary is kept for 90 days after your last entry, then permanently erased. Keep logging and it stays; stop, and it quietly disappears.

Mena is a private diary and estimate aid, not medical advice - and the fertile-window estimate is NOT a contraceptive method. For contraception, conception or any health concern, talk to a healthcare professional.

Tip: log a few periods (past ones count too) so the next-period and fertile-window estimates get more accurate. Until then, estimates use the typical lengths set in Settings below.

These typical lengths are used for estimates until you've logged a few real cycles, then your own data takes over.

Permanently erases everything now. This cannot be undone.

This diary doesn't exist or has expired

Diaries are erased 90 days after their last entry. If you need a new one, create it below.

What is stored: the days you log (date, flow, symptoms, note), your chosen goal, and, if you add one, the diary name. Nothing else - no accounts, no analytics, no cookies, no third-party services.

Where and for how long: on our server in the EU, reachable only through your diary's random link. Everything is permanently erased 90 days after your last entry.

Special-category data: menstrual and fertility data is sensitive. The safeguards here - no accounts, an unguessable link, minimal data and automatic erasure - are the whole point. Share the link only with people you trust.

Technical logs: this site keeps no access logs - visits, IP addresses and diary links are not recorded. The server’s error log contains no diary links by design.

Your control: edit or clear any day yourself, or simply let the diary expire - nothing is kept afterwards.

My name is Ivan, and I'm an independent developer. I built these tools first of all for myself and the people close to me, but I decided to share them with everyone, free. The family started with Febra, for tracking a sick child's temperature and medicines. Tensio, Doza and Mena came later, at others' suggestion. Everything is private by design and free to use. I hope health serves you and us well.

Mena is a note-taking and estimate aid, not medical advice. Its predictions come only from the days you log and can be wrong. The fertile-window estimate must never be used as a method of contraception.
